the cigarette lighter went out what number fuse,and number on the fuse box is it.

Kind of hard to answer, without the YEAR of the E350.......
but they haven't changed much over the years so I'll take a wild stab.....

page 169 is the chart that shows the cigar lighter fuse (type 20A) in position #26 of the diagram (page 168)
If this is incorrect for YOUR van-
please provide me with the exact year & I'll try to get you the correct one.
( I will only provide manuals for vehicles 1996 or newer & must be Ford-Lincoln- or Mercury......& sometimes other FoMoCo owned products)
