Stealing clothing and valuables from the Egyptians isn't much revenge for 400 years of slavery, is it?

And couldn't the Bible god think up a better way to provide for the Israelites, than having them "borrow" clothing and jewelery, just before leaving; and telling them "Ye shall despoil the Egyptians"?

Not yet out of Egypt and already they are learning from their own god how to steal and deceive?

Scant revenge for 400 years of slavery, anyway.

If you actually knew anything u would know that stealing their valuables was something the israelites did before leaving, as they had been slaves for 400 yrs unpaid so the valuables were rightfully theres.
Additionally, as the egyptians killed or whipped many israelities, the israelite g-d hit the egyptians with 10 plagues.

i dont even think its revenge at all. i think since they wer slaves the egyptians shouldve provided them all that stuff.
but at the same time i dont think the egyptians or anyone really has the right to make people their slaves.

now lissen.....it wasn't stealing...they didn't steal all those stuff..nor did they borrow. They jus got wat they deserved. It was just wat they deserved for working for them. It was something like....they demanded for their wages.
