Relax. First of all, it's not even any of your buiness, as long as she isn't anorexic curently. I'm not saying she was anorexic, she could have just been trying to scare you into not being anorexic if she had the idea you are/were. So calm down, take deep breaths and ask her if she ever had anorexia because she is scaring you with her stories. Okay?

Womans metabolism changes quite a bit around 40, and she probably isn't as active as she was in her teens or earlier years.
I think you're reading into just.. normal comments more than you need to hun, taking it too literally.
She probably was closer to your weight, lost weight really easily. Some people like me will lose weight if I get stressed or sick, like up to 10 lbs, easily, and now she's slowed down a bit is all. Parents almost always refer to "when I was..." LOL, sometimes they exagerate a lil too;)
I wouldn't worry!!!

Not necessarily. Especially if you're thin, then it might be genetic. People a generation or two ago were also smaller overall than people today because they didn't over-indulge as much. She might have been anorexic, but I wouldn't worry about it. As long as she eats healthy now, then she should be fine.

no, I have a sister who as a child was very thin. Once she was an adult and had children. She is constantly dieting in order not to gain to much weight. But before the kids. She would never diet.
