If gum, toothpaste and mouthwash aren't making it go away; brush with some baking soda. You will of course need to shower and change your clothes. For the smell in your car you'll need to first vacuum, steam clean and then find an odor remover (like Nok-Out)

It smells because of spilled beer. Find out where it was spilled and clean it, or just wait for it all to evaporate and leave the house through the windows. Turning the heating on and opening the windows (while a massive waste of power) will help circulate the air more. If you have ceiling fans or even desk fans put them on.

Take a shower, change clothes. Don't drive your car as it still smells beer.
