The one and only unforgiven sin is blasphemy of the Holy Spirit.

If you are refering for that number 1 reward of eternal life in Jesus as He demonstrated it when He rose from the dead,
then the one unforgiven and unpardonable sin is by "Not Recieving Him as Your Lord God and Saviour". John 3:16 said: "For God so loved the world that He gave His only Begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him will not perish
but will have ETERNAL LIFE"

Lucifer's sin of pride and open rebellion against God was ultimately the only sin where there was no possibility of forgiveness or redemption. Lucifer (now Satan) and the other fallen angels were held to a higher standard than men, because they were spirit beings like God, and had at one time seen the full face of God as He really is.

That is why Satan and his minions reside as permanent residents of Hell, a place created specifically for them. A place where God really doesn't want any human to go.

I know if I'd been wiser this would never have occurred but I wallowed in my blindness so it's plain that I deserve for the sin of self-indulgence when the truth was writ quite clear I must spend my life amongst the dead who spend their lives in fear of a death that they're not sure of, of a life they can't control It's all so simple really if you just look to your soul

The holy spirit is the spirit of truth and testifies to the world that Jesus is the Son of God and the only one whom eternal life can be found. The unforgiveable sin is blaspheming the holy spirit ie calling it a liar, and by consequence saying that Jesus isn't God. That is the only thing that will condemn a person to hell, rejection of Jesus.

from the Holy Qoran Sura No. 6
151 Say: Come I will recite what your Lord has forbidden to you-- (remember) that you do not associate anything with Him and show kindness to your parents, and do not slay your children for (fear of) poverty-- We provide for you and for them-- and do not draw nigh to indecencies, those of them which are apparent and those which are concealed, and do not kill the soul which Allah has forbidden except for the requirements of justice; this He has enjoined you with that you may understand.
152 And do not approach the property of the orphan except in the best manner until he attains his maturity, and give full measure and weight with justice-- We do not impose on any soul a duty except to the extent of its ability; and when you speak, then be just though it be (against) a relative, and fulfill Allah's covenant; this He has enjoined you with that you may be mindful;
153 And (know) that this is My path, the right one therefore follow it, and follow not (other) ways, for they will lead you away from His way; this He has enjoined you with that you may guard (against evil).

The Baptist think it is Divorce. It is the one thing that will keep you from ever being a deacon or any thing in the church.
You can be sent to jail for murder and rape and after you get out you can be ordained minister in the baptist church. But is your wife walks away from her kids and you you can never be any thing in the church.

To don't believe in Jesus Christ God.
I think that, because is written in the Bible(NT) John:6,57-58
'Just as the living Father sent me ans I live because of the Father, so the one who feeds on me will live because of me. This is the bread that came drown from heaven. Your forefathers ate manna and died, but he who feeds on this bread will live forever.'

Probably suicide, because you cannot ask forgiveness if you have already dies, and by taking your own life, you'd be taking God's supposed gift of life and throwing it out the window like it didn't matter to you.
