Scientists seem to be able to succesfully recreate growth plates, but when will this technology be applicable on humans, how many years will it take for it to be available on the market?
Are there any articles, interviews, etc. regarding this question?

If you are talking about artificial bone epiphyses - this is going to take a decade at least.

Other tissues are already being used - predominantly skin in burns victims, where a small sample of their skin can be taken and grown in a lab to be laid on their burned areas.
