mine is 146 but my 5 year old sister (and her boy twin) are 160+. Tell me please?

Indeed your siblings are gifted children, but one would question the reliability of the measuring tool at that age. Most likely they have benefited from having an intelligent older sibling and will continue to look up to you for advice for a long time. You should love them and be proud of their achievements.

If you got those results from a computer or the internet I doubt those are valid. An appointment with a specialist or a test at a local Mensa branch will give an accurate and valid result.

It depends where, under what conditions and with what tests you have got these high results. You can find the scales of many tests, perhaps also the one you have been tested with, in the Internet.
By the way to many of the questions asked here, excellent answers can be found in the Internet. Just try it.
