No, to be honest I didn't know that. Then it is indeed rather hypocritical of then to expect the US (which I suppose you are referring to) to treat illegal Mexicans differently. But that's not the point, Mexico's policy towards illegal immigrants is no excuse for the US to treat illegals in a similar way, especially considering the economic importance of these Mexican illegals to the US American economy. I suppose the best way to ease the problem would be just to accept that the situation isn't going to change and start creating possibilities to work in the US legally.

The Mexican government takes a hypocritical stand on illegal immigration. The government thinks there are too many people in Mexico and want to get rid of the problems, one way or the other.

Shot on the spot without a trial or if they are feeling generous they put you in their not so politically correct prisons. They have Zero Tolerance policies in Place. they need to fix their problems on that side of the Border and Stop passing out handbooks on how to beat our System. they also Need to stay Out of What Americans choose to do About Illegal Immigration as they take the money they earn here to open extravagant villas for Tourists to spend more money at!

I personally think we should put bombs on our side of the border..and of course warning signs, like we have in cuba.
Our country is getting flushed down the toilet with them coming up here.
They breed like cockroaches and what contributions to society do they make? We only need so many maids and janitors..and already have too many gangbangers
Buh-bye the US as we know it :(

I thought they find Spanish interpreters so that they can move about more freely; probably give them some food stamps in case they are hungry; probably help them find the nearest emergency room with interpreters in case they need medical attention; give them legal aid in case they committed a crime or some insensitive policeman wants to deport them; am I correct? Isn't this what everyone in the world does?

Its funny. When the illegals get the rights as all other Americans, they will no longer be appealing as a cheap source of labor. Then we will create another generation of welfare check grabbers. Immigration is great, unless your American.

I have no soft spot for those who break the law.
I don't understand why the government is making new laws because they don't want to honor the current law.
How about you just write a letter to the problem?
