pain is very strong.please prefer medicine or any spray to prevent from pain.

this could be referred pain originating in your neck. I say this because the pain goes into both hands. if you sit working on a computer all day this can cause neck and shoulder problems. it's also possible That you use your hands too much doing repetitive work. you can use Advil tablets four times daily to help with the pain and inflammation. I recommend you place an ice pack on the back of your neck for ten minutes several times a day. also do the same for your hands several times a day.
I recommend you see a chiropractor to find out where the problem is coming from and what can be done to resolve it. I've enclosed a link where you can find a chiropractor in your area.

This sounds a bit like carpal tunnel syndrom. I would advice to seek medical attention as this can be quite serious if untreated. Also, less Yahoo! Answers might help ;)
