I know that CDT in Spanish means "los trabajos manuales", but if you want to say the CDT building (i.e. a building in school which houses all the Design Technology classrooms) what would you say in Spanish?

C.D.T. in Spanish means "Centro de Difusión Tecnológica"

Building=Edificio

Edificio del Centro de Difusión Tecnológica=The C.D.T. building.

You don't. You would respond with jejeje which is equivalent to lol in Spanish. Lol is an English slang term therefore it does not exist.
