This 9th grader keeps calling me about 10 times a day and just hangs up when I answer what do you think he wants? He knows I like him but we can't be together so why does he keep calling me?

He is most likely calling you to bother you. It doesn't mean anything. He is just doing it because he is still a little boy remember girls mature faster than boys. If i were you i would find someone that acts his age. You don't need a guy who is going to be messing with you.

Your mom or dad should answer the phone next time. I dare him to hang up on one of them.
If you knew you couldn't be with him, you never should have given him your number. It's obvious that he likes you, but all that calling is excessive and he needs to stop it.

He's young and still alittle immature.But hey I think that's rather cute. However if its a crush he has. It might be good idea you find yourself a substitute so he doesn't bother you. This might hurt him of course. So what do you want to do

Because he's only fourteen or fifteen years old...boys do not even begin to mature until at least seventeen.
