what is the next step have to do to recover my 2 yrs lost by police abuse ? ( They hit me in front of my house for fun) then blame me for ( assault police ) funnny case but true ! the case if convicted I go to jail up to 10 yrs + 20k in fine!!! I am free now but lost everything ! ( Houston, TX)

You say your case was dismissed and then you say that you may be convicted?
I think you need to clarify this.
The crown attorney (prosecutor) will usually not proceed to trial with charges unless they think they can get a conviction.
There must have been some good evidence that you did assault the police. What about the charges that got you arrested in the first place? I doubt the officers walked up to you a struck you randomly.

Were you incarcerated? If the case was dismissed why are you concerned about going to jail for 10 years?
You never say you didn't commit the crime, chances are if the police say you hit them, so they hit you, they probably did. Isn't worth my job to punch some idiot in front of his house.
So what's your question? You're out of jail so what do you do? Get a job.

If what you say is true, get an Attorney in Criminal Defense, a good one, and IF you are found NOT GUILTY you can sue for Attorneys Fees also.

Usually, the cops won't go after you unless you have done something wrong to begin with.

I would like to be able to say that yours is a one of a kind story, but
In a nation where we no longer have police officers, we have law enforcement officers- there job is not to help you, it is to bust you
Thereby if they must prevoke you or lie in order to get the job done----that is what happens!!!
