Just have a normal conversation with her and if things are going well (ie, she actually seems to like talking to you) then ask if she wants to go do

Try to talk to her first. You know so that she can be comfortable with you. Ask her if she`s single before anything else. If she is, go for it. Just get to her before asking her out and don`t try too hard to get her. Just be yourself and take your time with it.
Just be prepare if the answer is a no. It can mean that she 1)isn`t ready for a relationship and needs time to heal 2) probably playing hard to get 3) isn`t interested and//or 4) just wants to be friends for now. 1, 2 & 4 aren`t that bad. It can mean a possibility that she`ll give you a chance.

Trying to be cool is the path to rejection. Just be yourself, talk to her, see if there is any interest returned and just ask.

before that you must check out whether she likes your company. If she does .... then get a little common fun gethering. Get more closer in chatting . Once you get little comfortable , ask her out for a movie .
