No. Satan does not judge the eternal state of anything, let alone something as important as the soul of God's creation, man. I did not agree with everything the Rev. said, or all of his political involvements, but this I know beyond a shadow of doubt: Your question is in the poorest of taste even for a heathen, and if you call yourself a Christian, repent quickly for such judgmental words.
