Work & family situation are very demanding with accute time shortage.I have become more lazy,is this some kinda reteliation?

There is many ways to destress. One of the best way without health hazard is exercise. If you have time to overeat, you will have time to exercise. Everyone has only 24 hours. Find time to exercise. Be it a 45 minutes briskwalk outside your home or workout at a gym. Time management will help you to prioritize as well. Keep the chips up.

dont stress yourself and dont let yourself be lonely and take care of yourself by keeping fit.
