Nevada sales tax & property?

Question

How does sales tax work when buying a property in Nevada? If I bought a property and then let it out to tenants would I pay sales tax on just the purchase of the property or would I have to pay sales tax on anything else in relation to the property (ie rental income or selling the property)? thanks

Real estate is not subject to sales tax, only property tax and occasionally a transfer or recording tax.
