#1. I'm in the second position because I overtook the second person.

#2. I wouldn't be able to overtake the last person, because the last person is already the LAST.

#3. Mary is the 5th daughter.

#4. Obviously, the deaf person can speak. So, he'll just ask for the toothbrush without a problem. Besides, you only said that he was deaf.

#5. He wanted to go to the other side.
