As far as I know there is no 75 octane fuel available in aviation. For piston engined aircraft the only fuel available is 100LL. This is 100 octane with low lead content.
Unless the engine was a specifically designed, low power engine, I would consider with an octane rating of 75, you would devoid any mainstream engine manufacturer/overhauler warranty.
The Chinese import most of their aircraft from Russia and only have assembly facilities.
There is some development work being carried out in the US on 75 octane fuel for motor vehicles, but not for aviation use.
You have to have an understanding of what an octane number is to appreciate the implications in the aviation game.
The only thing I can think of is that maybe the Chinese make kit/home built aircraft that may use a low powered engine capable of using 75 octane fuel.
Please make sure you have a current will before flying one of these machines. :).

All the aircraft listed that use the HS-6A engine that I have seen all use 100LL.
If 75 is available in China, I would look there, but I can't find any evidence that such a low octane exists for aircraft engines.
A web search turns up nothing on 75 octane avgas.
