Whatever is required by the British Embassy. Your Thai friend will require a visa - and the embassy's guidance will tell you what you do - or do not - need to do to assist in this process. There is of course no guarantee of success.

I dont wish to disalusion you but consider the culture shock for here if you was to marry.a 2 week visit will require a Visa from the British Embassy in Thailand. You will be required to prove that you have funds to support her visit and that she will return home in the stated time.If she is an internet friend and you havent yet met it is unlikely she will get a visa. But she can come here via a package holiday organised by a tour company, which seems in this case the best course to take, reletive to the info you have given.Best of Luck
