It's very possible that this could be gallbladder but the only way to know for sure is to see the dr. If you have a friend that can do it please have them drive you to the dr. If this pain gets severe please go to the hospital but call 911. This is what they are there for to help get people the medical attention they need when things get bad enough to go to the ER.

Could be stress, could be a heart attack, could be ingestion. I would not take the risk of finding out and call the hospital and have them come pick you up if your afraid to drive. Seeing stress and ingestion isn't that bad but a heart attack is, sometimes people go to the hospital with ingestion while others who have heart attacks think its ingestion and stay home and end up dying or having part of their heart stopping or tissues dying. My mother had this happen to her so please call the hospital unless you want to have a really heart life like my mother who has a defibrillator and stents. [or unless you try breathing and your pains stops, or if you take something for integestion like tums or pepcid.]

could be gall stones or pancretitis. This causes a crushing type of pain around your ribs. Could also be a callaped lung - does it hurt to breathe in???? If the pain is extreme call an ambulance..... if its any of the above the pain will only get worse - i know from experience
