Well, i don't think the earth can pull off a phoenix type move, but the entire univers may be able to. The universe is expanding at the speed of light from the energy of the big bang. Some believe that eventually it will slow and reverse from the pull of gravity. If this happens, the entire universe will be compressed into a volumeless point, just like it was when it was first created (or maybe last created), and may explodde again, perpetuating the cycle. So, earth will eventually come back into existance, and you will eventually be asking this question again. Whenever i think about this, the image of an infinite hall of mirrors floats in my mind (you know, the long chain of reflections when you have 2 mirrors right accros from one another. But, then again, i could be wrong.

"Earth" will not be re-created, but physical evidence shows that what survives of Earth's chemical matter could very well end up being part of another cosmic body, and many other Earth-style (loose term, less descriptive than Earth-like) planets specifically. Plus, I had a dream that this would happen.

If i may answer for i will gradaute as a philosophists in the near future. It is impeccably impossible to know if Earth will be reborned from the ashes if the Day of the Judgment comes. But, i can assure you that as you are reading this now, other world are being formed far away in another galaxy. Don't believe me? Open your Astronomy Book. :)

Depends on what you mean by creation.

if you are asking if humans will exist again once we wipe ourselves out...probably not.
if you are asking if microorganisms will exist and re-evolve other life forms...probably so.
