Having delt with this before. I suggest you get some esbilac and a bottle. Feed the puppy every 2 to 3 hours, wash the puppy with a warm washcloth, or a baby wipe to clean. To make sure puppy is using restroom take a warm cloth and rub it along genitals it helps. Stimulates pup to go poddy. When the puppy reaches abt 6 to 8 wks you can add some dry food mixed with milk but keep bottle feeding till the pup is eating the dry/milk mix regularly on its own. Any questions email me. Do not just go to the supermarket and buy puppy milk from the shelf.
You need puppy formula which is a powder you mix up with water and bottle feed.
Puppies that yongue need to be fed every four to six hours.
Directions are on the can. It will also have how much you need to mix up and how many mils to give at each feed.
to keep her clean you can use a warm wash towel. Mums usually stimulate puppies to wee and poo so you may have to do that aswell.
You can buy formula from the vets. I would recommend you take the puppy to the vets for a check up. They can give yopu all the information you need so the puppy survives and so you can feel confident about doing this.
Good luck. I hope he grows up to be strong and healthy.

Ok, first get a puppy formula & a small pet bottle, heat the formula to luke warm & offer it...if the puppy won't suck on the bottle, try rubbing the nipple against your females tummy, getting the smell of her. DO NOT force, but if still won't nurse, roll nipple around in it's mouth. If you can't find formula...use canned milk with one egg in it. Using an eye dropper or insuting a tube into the stomach are dangerous & if the above doesn't work...PLEASE take to the vet!!
Now as for the cleaning...take a cotton ball...get it wet with nice warm water & gently rub the stomach & anel area...going in small ciricular motion, will stymulate the urine & bowels. This is like the mother licking & cleaning.
This is a very delicate puppy & can get dehyrated very easy...my advice is to go directly to your vet...the best of luck!!

Purchase a breast-pump, just like the ones for Mothers. You can extract the mother dog milk and store it in the re-frigate.
Obviously the mother dog knows something is wrong with this pup. I bet if you can get the little one to drink this milk, she will become health and the mother may take her under her wing.
Just clean her with a warm bath-clothe, be careful I would not put soap on her right now, maybe a little later.

You may want to ask your vet and see if there is another dam around with a small litter that might be able to be a surrogate for your pup. If not your vet will tell you what formula you should be feeding. Your female I'm sure is just very depressed about all that has happened to her. Just give her lots of love. Take care and I hope it all works out. Take care. All my best....

Call you vet as soon as possible. You can also make the mamma lay down, hold her down and make her stay and attach the pup to one of her teets. You clean/stimulate them to potty after every feeding by rubbing his privates with a towel that will make him go. The pup should be getting fed every four hours. I don't have a milk formula for you but try to google puppy milk formula or try calling a shelter in your area they may be able to provide you with something. Good luck with this. And good for you for caring for the little guy!

Thats really tiny! go to the store and get some esiblanc puppy milk. Mix it in a low bowl or lid with some dry food and water to make a mush like substance dip his face in it and get him to taste it. He ll start eating it and you can bottle feed it on the side. Puppies are very messy you can't keep them clean lol
