Saturday or Sunday? How do you spend your day?

Sunday.

I go to Church for 3 hours:
Hour 1 = Sacrament meeting...(also Hymns are sung and there are speakers who speak on topics in the Gospel)
Hour 2 = Sunday School (study on various topics or scriptures)
Hour 3 = Priesthood (organizing of the quorum and also a lesson)
Sometimes there are things after Church too...(like a Potluck or something)

I don't buy anything on Sunday if I can reasonably help it. (If no one bought anything on the Sabbath...then almost everyone could have the Sabbath day off to worship God...I can only take action for myself though, so I do what I can and try not to give a reason for people to be at work on Sunday)

I also try not to ever work on Sunday if I can help it. (I have worked on Sunday before though...usually it is easier working conditions...but I would rather exchange it for working a harder day ---if I get to keep God's day holy)

After Church I have experimented with doing different things:
As far as TV goes...I don't watch any regular television...only Church shows or videos or religion-related.

I almost always try to plan...either set goals and go over them or make a To Do list and plan when to do stuff.

I sometimes like to read and study the gospel...different topics...and try to understand them better.

I try not to play any games on the Sabbath.

And in general I have found that many times when I go over to a person's home on Sunday it makes it harder to keep the Sabbath day holy (whether they want to play a game or watch TV etc...) I generally try not to offend them in these situations, but I've found that I shy away from some invitations on the Sabbath now.

If there is any service I can do or that I have planned...I also try to do that. That varies in how good I do at that...I wish I was better at that!

well, that is probably a good summary...in general I try to keep the Sabbath day holy and treat it with respect to show thanks to Jesus Christ.

I am not perfect at it, but I generally do try to make a real effort.

I'm Jewish, so my sabbath begins on Friday evening at sunset. I light sabbath candles, and sometimes go to my synagogue. I relax if I am home, and perhaps watch TV, work on my African violets, or read; I don't keep an Orthodox style sabbath, as I am a Reform Jew. On Saturday, I may attend a morning service (although that's not something I do often), or attend a study session. I enjoy the study sessions in particular, as they're as much about fellowship as about studying :-)

At sundown Saturday, I sometimes go to a havdalah service; mostly I simply take the 24-hour period to do something different than my weekday routine; we believe that a "change of pace" is the very essence of the sabbath.

Shabbat Shalom!

I believe the Sabbath is on Saturday, but I don't observe it either Saturday or Sunday. But I am home from work both days, and so I spend it reading, studying, and other things.

Although Christ was resurrected on the first day of the week (now called Sunday), the Bible contains no instruction to set aside that day of the week as sacred, nothing in the Bible record says that God directed Adam to keep the seventh day of each week as a sabbath.Did you know that the Bible tells of more than one Sabbath? And did you know that
the Bible speaks of a different kind of Sabbath that Christians are to keep? The one day of the week Sabath was done away with(2Corinthians3:7-11) Which of the Sabbaths do you keep, and which is the most important one?

Sabbath(ie..Saturday), I go to church with my family and then attend after church activities like adventurers. Play games with kids, go to the park. Sunday is for sleeping in.

I do the same things that Jesus did, whatever I have to do! which is the same thing that I do every other day as well! Jesus nailed all of these rules and regulations from the old testament or Hebrew Scriptures on the torture stake when he died for our sins! And left us with the two greatest commandments by which he said that the whole law of the prophets rested... namely to love our God with our whole heart, mind and soul and our neighbor as ourselves... Then Paul added that the holy spirit chose to leave them only this; to abstain from fornication and from idols and blood! That's all! Everything else will be fine if we just accept to live like that! He told the people of the time that they were actually making the world of God vain with their traditions... as they kept trying to find fault with all that he did...

The Sabbath is from sundown on Friday to sundown on Saturday.

It is for Jews.

And others who feel compelled to be bound by the law and not by grace.

What possible difference could it make to you? Anyway, I don't have a Sabbath. Just a regular bath.
