this can be a sign of several different things, no one in their right mind would try to diagnose this over the internet - theres too many things that could be wrong.

white gums is usually a sign of something a lot worse than simply "fleas draining blood" like other answerers say.

he needs to go to a VET.

This is a sign of a dog that is sick. Also could be fleas draining the dog of the blood. The best thing to do is take the dog to a vet. It is not that costly and many Vets will work with you on payments.

White gums at the instant are not good. i understand that once 2 of my cats ate something poisonous the 1st ingredient the vet did became verify their gums and say that white gums have been a demonstration of poisoning. it may desire to no longer be a similar for puppies, yet i might have him appeared at by utilising a vet, as a results of fact it can not be good.

This is a very bad sign. You should get your dog to a vet immediately. Gums are supposed to be hot pink in colour and they are sure sign of illness if they are pale.

How old is the dog, how is he acting? normal or lethrgic? Does it have fleas? worms? on any medications? poisioned? anyway, take it to the vet and if possible soon! .
Normal gums are not white, no matter what the breed. If you are pressing on them, they turn whitish, but should flush back to pink as soon as you release, good luck

check for fleas asap! they will suck all of the blood from the puppy/dog, and it will kill them. if your puppy/dog doesnt have fleas, then talk to the vet, asap!!!
