Are you serious? If you want help loosing weight wear some ankle and wrist weights. Wearing some sort of gem is not going to speed up your metabolism, even if several people "swear" by it. I play a lot of roll playing games. There are people who swear that if they roll their dice a certain way, they will get better results, or that certain dice roll better than others. Yet, if you were actually to track the performance of their dice it doesn't make any difference. The only difference is in their head. The same is true for wearing certain gemstones to obtain certain results. If you tracked the weight-loss success of 1,000 people wearing emeralds (or whatever stone) and 1,000 people not wearing stones your results would be similar. Do the test again with different subjects and you would probably see a seemingly significant change, but it would be within the margin of error. The best thing you can hope for is a placebo effect. If you believe it is helping your metabolism, your metabolism might speed up. However, if we gave you Dumbo's magic feather and you believed that would speed up your metabolism, it would have the same effect.
If you want to lose weight diet, exercise, and set goals for yourself.

Get yourself a diamond that is at least 5 carats and costs so much that you go bankrupt trying to pay for it. Then as you have no more money to buy food, you'll lose the weight. Then when you've lost it, sell the diamond and treat yourself to a fancy meal at a restaurant as a reward.
This is a joke right? You're asking about using a gem to help you lose weight? Well honey, unless this gem weighs about 50 pounds and you carry it around with you at all times, a farking gem will do nothing to help you lose weight.

Hm actually, gems will do very little in boosting metabolism, if any. The best way to lose weight will be controlling nutrition intakes. Some foods you eat may give you more calorie than you can imagine, an apple pie can give you up to 2000 calorie, that's about what you need for a whole day. Where as other junk foods may provide less calorie.
You can check out the calorie table on various sites

Gemstones are of little or no value when trying to lose weight.
Suggest eating healthier. For the next 30 days, do not eat anything frozen or canned. No 'fast food' of any sort! No meat!
Instead, eat loads of vegetables and fruit, hard boiled eggs (no yolks) for pro-teen and nuts of any sort.
I lost 10 pounds in a weekend using this plan.
Hope this helps!

I think there is no such thing
however there are some rumors of magnets that helps someone etc etc
but I don't believe it
if I'll widen my imagination
I think a DIAMOND will help you lose weight
because a DIAMOND somewhat represents MARRIAGE
so before your wedding, you may always want to wear a DIAMOND to let you remember of your upcoming wedding to motivate you to lose weight and fit perfectly in your wedding dress.

If you carry a 40 pound stone round with you, you will certainly lose weight.

Astrologers will prescribe gemstones for all kinds of things, but I have never come across one who will do so to help you lose weight.

One thing that will help you lose weight: diet pills. I was one of those who did not believe in them until I tried it. And I tried a few. The best product I found on the market is made with pure hoodia and it works great! You can go to
http://www.newlproject.info and order you free trial, also you only pay 6.95$ shipping and handling. Good luck!
