This is a serious question.
He promoted racism.
He wanted to deny diseased people funerals (AIDS victims).
He attained a position of power, and abused it.
He did everything in his power to suppress those that he feared.
People hated him for very solid reasons.
Jesus NEVER would have done these things.
Why don't you understand that he did not behave as a good Christian would?
He was not a spiritual man, by any stretch of the imagination.

People are fallable, I have never demanded perfection from anyone.
It takes someone REALLY bad to cause such a sense of relief, for so many people, on the news of their demise.

Yes, some of us understand. *sigh*

Peace to you.

You are entitled to your opinion and to the right to express it publicly as you have. As far as being glad the man is dead, the only religion I am familiar with that celebrates death is the Jewish religion. A dead Jew cannot be persecuted by his enemies for his religious beliefs. But you are a christian and are glad he is dead. You have decided that the christian world is better off without him. Do you presume to speak for all of the faith, or is it just your personal opinion that the man was all that you claim for him?

i think of i could host a occasion this weekend to rejoice the stable information. Now if purely we lose the quite some different BS-spewers like Limbaugh, Coulter, and Pat Robertson. a guy who's legacy and "pass" is utilising faith for private earnings and assaults upon others has no precise to admire for my area.

I'm a Christian and I realize that some people have no respect for the dead. I realize that Jesus Christ will judge him, as He will judge all of us.

Well, to celebrate the death of anyone, even one as vile and morally corrupt as Falwell, makes you just as bad as him.

He is dead, he does not matter anymore. Why dwell on it, why celebrate it? Our morals, our values define us. They show the world who we are.

He called Ellen Degeneres "Ellen Degenerate." Whether you like Ellen or hate her, that is something a five-year-old would say.
