"Hong Kong's media regulator has rejected calls to reclassify the Bible as an indecent publication following more than 2,000 complaints about its sexual and violent content, including rape and incest."

I find it interesting that the "indecency" perceived in the bible by even just a few Chinese was enough to motivate them to push for the change in classification. I too, think it's loaded with violence including the NT. DO Chistians EVER object to it? Noooooooo.....

Battle after battle, one culture conquering another, beheadings, acts of violence by the Roman occupation, & children being cast out of families. Add to it the incest, fratracide, and the number of times the "loving" god destroyed all of mankind on a whim?
Rev. Jerry Falwell isn't even here to explain it all away in his usual slanted viewpoint.

I guess it's time to go make my sign: "THE END OF THE WORLD IS NEAR!" and stand on a corner in white robes. Waddaya think?

Hong Kong does equal China, face it! And yes, perhaps we should outlaw the Bible for deceiving so many people. And yes, it is so inappropriate! The Chinese are so smart!
