Well, I've lived here over 25 years, so I have to disagree with many of the answers posted so far. I live in Paradise Township. It's one of the two urban townships where the Strip is located. No. The Strip is not in Las Vegas and never has been. It's in Winchester and Paradise and is moving south into Enterprise. My home is located about fifteen minutes east of Bally's. I'm ten to twelve minutes from the minor league ball park in the City of Las Vegas, thirty minutes from Lake Mead, forty five minutes from the ski areas of Mount Charleston and less than fifteen minutes from the airport. I have shopping and schools close by and I've been in this house for over 22 years. Now, here's the dirty little secret about those newer areas that were being championed by many of the others who answered your question. There has been no housing development built since 1988 that has used even one board foot of kiln-dried lumber to frame the house. That means mold and dry rot abound in many of these "tony" neighborhoods. The major access to Summerlin is U.S. 95 which is still a commuting nightmare, despite its being expanded to ten lanes. I suggest you contact a reputable realtor who has worked in this market for more than ten years. That way you will get the good, the bad and the ugly presented to you so you can make a rational decision.

If you want drugs you should be able to find them anywhere in Vegas my friend but, if you want help from a good neurologist, one of the best. I can give you a name. I had a crushed spine and couldn't walk. I was in more pain then I thought a person would be able to stand and still live. I also couldn't walk.

Dr. LaMancusa and Dr. Kabot took care of my for many years. Both from Sunrise Hospital

No illegal drugs were involved of course. Don't be foolish

If you would like to talk to some really nice people call the hemp foundation at 1-800-723-0188. They will tell you! Or give you numbers of people to talk to in your area! There are people to help you fill out the paperwork and tell you what paperwork you need and to bring your id with you and you have to have a back ground check...
It is easy with a pre diagnosed condition!

I'm sorry to tell you that the medical marijuana program has been canceled by your federal government since 1997. There are no more trials, and therefore no more MD's prescribing it.

Thank you uncle sam! :(

Generally speaking, you can't just go through the Yellow Pages and hook up with a neurologist. You have to be referred to a neurologist by your primary care physician.

No matter which doctor may prescribe marijuana, it is still against federal statute to have or use it.
