Flat feet. I have "fallen arches". It's not as common as having arched feet. People with arched feet tend to be better dancers, but more prone to injury; while those with flat feet are faster runners and looked upon as unusual.

I think it just means your arches are not as pronounced. My son has them, the doctor said wearing shoes with arch support helps if you have pain during sports.

It means "FLAT FEET" or "PES PLANUS"
Reason is falttening of the medial arch of the foot
