Unfortunately, you'd be hard pressed to find access to a military satellite that would provide you that information.

You're probably going to have to find some new dogs, try making posters and putting them up around town.

Do the dogs have chips in their necks for tracking? If not then you're out of luck. Try putting up wanted posters and offering a reward.

Make posters and hang them up everywhere. On the poster, include a recent picture if you have one, color of the dogs, as well as identifying info, such as distinguishing markings or marks (like one eye is green and the other is brown), dogs' genders, names, etc.

ALso include contact numbers people can call if they or see your dog.

Also, call your local dog pound EVERY day.... in some cities, they won't give you much info on the phone; they require you to pay them a visit every day to check for your lost pets.

When I lost my cat last summer, I made posters and hung them up around my neighborhood AND also, took the posters from house to house in my neighborhood, talking to neighbors and personally handing them posters.

I did, indeed, get my cat back.... he came wandering home 3 weeks later, emaciated (very skinny) and hoarse.
