Check out calorie tables online, you may realise that some of the foods you eat are giving surprising amount of calories.
Such as apple pie, each can bring you up to 2000 calorie, enough for a whole day.

It will not be hard to lose 15 pounds, you can calculate your daily intake, cut down about 300-500 calorie, but not too much. Strict diet will do no good for your body.

20% of all UK 'Answers' involve the desire to loose weight, Australian 'Answers' looks like less than that, perhaps you have not yet got the obesity epidemic yet?

The answer is always the same, less in, and more out. A modest decrease in calories with a compulsory increase in vigorous energy expenditure. 30-40 minutes 4-5 days a week.

A recent university of California study had confirmed what we all already knew, 2 in 3 people who diet without exercise, using any diet, fad diet or pills, will GAIN weight in the medium to long term.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

enough with the diet stuff. you seem right for your height, but it seems you want the swimsuit body, nuff said. So, cut out any flab by eliminating fast food -period.

Cardio is cool. At least thirty minutes a day will set you straight. Crunches will get you there, too. Don't expect results in a week. You should be cutting that tummy up in a month.

Swim if you can, that is aerobic work out numero uno.

If you are fit, that is a perfect weight for you. Otherwise, eat six times a day, use portion control, no sugars,
plenty of protein and water, more fiber and add exercise: walking, biking, swimming. Muscle weighs more than fat, so if you haven't been working out and start now, you may not lose weight, but may drop sizes.

One thing that will help you lose weight: diet pills. I was one of those who did not believe in them until I tried it. And I tried a few. The best product I found on the market is made with pure hoodia and it works great! You can go to
http://www.officiall2you.info and order you free trial, also you only pay 6.95$ shipping and handling. Good luck!

get on a diet of crystal meth... you will lose the weight for sure ;)

Alright jokes aside, exercise and eat right. If you have spare cash go and see a nutritionist and a trainer to figure out an exercise and diet schedule. This way you will keep the weight off over a long period and get healthy

run. eat healthier. you probably dont want your parents knowing you want to lose weight or w/e, thats okay just eat healthier snacks after school or something, also do some pushups or lift a little weight. If you tone your muscles that will gain metabilism which burns fat. Every little thing counts, just whatever you do, dont starve yourself
