we asked the girl if she likes him and she said no and one day when he didnt came to school she admitied that she misses him brothering her and yes they are friends

It doesn't mean she definitely likes him, but its a good indication. Plus if she's friends with him, that means she sees something in him that makes him worth having a relationship with-even just a friend relationship. People tend to grown more attractive the longer we know them.

Just cuz she laughs doesnt mean she likes him she could just be ticklish lol dont call people ugly, even if they are its still not right.
