The CIA (Central Intelligence Agency) and the NSA (National Security Agency) are two large federally run spy agencies that are always hiring. However, you must have a four year degree and speak a foreign language and English fluently. They do a lot of covert operations, including some killings, and are always looking for smart people willing to travel and do wet work for the good of the United States.

You'll need to start by studying criminal justice at a reputable university or in the military, and applying with the agency you want to work for (fbi, cia, etc.) If and when you are accepted, the agency will normally approach you about this very intense and confidential training, if they find you to fit a very specific profile and meet certain criteria. The percentage of people that actually become government assasins is miniscule... good luck.
