it it's spanish i could mean:

ve Coco = go Coco, look Coco (Coco being a name)

ve coco = go coconut, look coconut

ve = go, but also a command for look

coco = it is a nickname, also coconut

and in Spain the bogeyman used to scare kids is called "coco" .
