You could play act a story from the Bible that you've already studied. Add a song that tells the story & memory verse.

You could count your blessings......and draw pictures, or cut and paste from magazines a little book of the things they're thankful for (family, house, food, clothes, etc.) A song, a memory verse.

Teach the 10 Commandments and give them a page to color the stone tablets and Moses. A song and memory verse.

Study Jesus as the Good Shepherd. (How he cares for his sheep, feeds them, protects them , shelters them at night, uses his staff, etc. and how the sheep react to their sheperd and what happens when they disobey him) Another song and memory verse.

Teach about taking care of each other (you are your brother's keeper) and ways children can do that (sharing, pray for each other, playing together, be a friend, saying kind words to ea. other, etc. ) Color pictures to take home, make a book, or make a present to give someone. A memory verse again.

How we take care of God's world. Recycle, clean the yard, don't litter, water plants, feed pets & other animals like birds, etc. Make pinecone bird feeders to take home (roll in peanut butter and then bird seed, tie a string on it to hang from tree) Memory verse & song.

Hope this gives you some ideas. You can always just go to a Christian book store and buy a coloring book, copy pages to color and build a story or lesson around that. Little children are so easy to teach, just pick one main idea and think of ways they can have activities and fun around it, plus take something home with them. God bless you for teaching the children.

Ask them what they remember or what they know about Jesus.

You can talk about who Jesus is. Lot's of kids that age have mixed up ideas about all of this, so it can be a time to help them cement the truth of who He is.

It never hurts to go over the basic stuff again, ask them what their favorite bible story is. Kids that age love to talk and share.

Hope this helps. If you have access to music, children love to sing especially if there are hand motions that go along with the song.

Some of the best stories for children are....
Jesus clams the storm- make little boats out of paper.
Jesus heals the sick--make a card for some one sick.
Remember kids love repeat -repeat-repeat,you can't tell the story enough.
God Bless.<><

You shouldn't be indoctrinating children with that filth.
