Fresh duck eggs? Now that's an interesting thought that could change the way I shop. Is it true that fresh duck eggs taste more custardy?

From Scratch or from Mix? Usually just add extra egg yolks and use heavy cream or condensed milk instead of whole or low fat milk. Heavier fat content equals more creamyness and thickness in custards.
