the 0 means am 9 means 9-oclock 34 means 34 minutes after 9 and the 10 is 10 seconds so it is 9:34 am and 10 seconds.

Its 9:34 am and 10 sec after. Thats correct Military time. 0934.10 usually the .10 isn't used.

It's real easy. Before noon the time remains normal

At 1 pm add 12 to the time until you reach 2400 then go to 0001 (midnight being the only odd man on the rule)

Why can't anyone get it right.
1:00 AM is 0100 hours
1:00 PM is 1300 hours
Notice no colon in military time.
Midnight is 0000 hours not 2400.
