i asked my bf if he has ever dated other girls before and he said that he doesn't want to bring up the past and he gave me the impression that he doesn't really know if he would consider the girl or girls as gf. then i told him to just say yes or no. and he said yes. is there anything i should be worried about?

No you don't have a reason to worry, you are doing it to your self. If you were smart, you wouldn't ask that question of you boyfriend anymore. Nothing good can come from knowing your partners past with other lovers.
