I love innovative decorating ideas. I think this is a terrific idea. Decide what your accessory colors are going to be (sheets, toss cushions, curtains) and then choose your polka dots according to that color. If you change your accessories you can always repaint the dots. Good luck.

That's a large expanse for polka dots. If you think you could live with that, go for it - it's only paint. If you do go that way, I would vary the sizes of the polka dots and keep it random and well-distanced between dots.
Another option would be to paint the walls pink and do the pink and white polka dots in curtains, pillows, bedding, that type of thing. This way if you should get tired of it, or want to try something different, it won't be as much time and money to change it out.

Have a feature wall with polka dots and the rest pink or white that way if you get sick of it you only have to change one wall I also think it would stand out more

A room painted this color should have the ceiling painted white. The pink walls with darker and lighter dots would look cute. but with the ceiling also painted pink would make it over the edge. Of course later if you decided to also paint the ceiling pink thats an easy fix.

i think it is fine pink just not your ceiling pink you would feel like you were in a box but maybe do your ceiling white some of your polka dots white and a light purple. just make your polka dots small and big kinda like bubbles and make some overlap each other
HOPE THIS HELPS =)

I agree with jimmi but i would choose white dots and white cellings and also maybe you should consider only painting all the walls pink but one with poka dots it will settle some things down a bit and it will not look to busy that way you can cordinate white and pink into your bedding and feniture it will really pop out. and make sure the oka dot wall is behind your bed. i did similar thing with strips in my master bedroom i used green all over and green and brown stipes at the back of my bed it looks wounderful.
