I wanted to know if anyone out there knows what 風まかせ二人旅 (Kazemakase Futaritabi) means in English? I would appreciate a human translation because I would like to get an accurate translation...Thanks : )

"風まかせ二人旅" (Kazemakase Futaritabi) means:
"we two travel left up to the winds"
風 (kaze) = wind
まかせ (makase) = to leave up to, to give over to
二人 (futari) = two people
旅 (tabi) = travel, trip
風まかせ(leaving up to the winds) is a metaphor for trusting to chance.

Maybe "We two travel on the wind."
Tabi is trip, and is used in a lot of romantic songs, and the "futari" part means two people, but is strongly suggestive of lovers.
Kaze-makase would mean "leave it up to the wind" -- so a kind of random travelling, like two leaves being blown whereever the wind takes them.
"The two of us are blown wherever the wind takes us."
It's hard to translate, but very romantic.
