Usually, dress slacks with a sports jacket (one that would go nicely if it had to be worn with a tie.) Some men might not wear a tie and just have the top button undone on the shirt, but usually it means to be dressy, but not in a full suit. Nice leather shoes, not runners or anything that doesn't look co-ordinated with the rest of the outfit.
If in doubt, call the restaurant and ask what they suggest. They will be glad to explain.
I should also add that some restaurants will require the wearing of a tie, and if the gentleman arrives without the tie, they will lend one. It's best to be prepared beforehand, and that's why I suggest calling to confirm the dress code, because God only knows what they give to be worn, or they could even refuse entry if they are really fussy about ties & jackets. But in this case, it sounds like it is open shirt (tie is likely optional), jacket, dress slacks and casual leather shoes. Enjoy the evening.

Nevermind what colour is the hair, what length, structure or texture are their body parts, i might want to choose women to be female-like, honest and smart -- in simple terms 3 features for inner attractiveness which will very last previous the existence-span of their hairs. those days one is by no potential judged by technique of ones colour, seems or top yet better by technique of personality, skills and skills. besides maximum women dye their hair of diverse colour from time to time, as a count of style. And to be too infatuated with a unmarried 'colour' can grow to be an obsession and produce better friction, racism, soreness and sorrow to particular first international societies. :-))

The guy should wear nice slacks (not jeans or multi-pocket pants) and either a sports coat or a blazer, shirt, and tie.
