Are there Bible verses that say that others will judge you by the company that you keep. If so, does this mean to disassociate yourself from those that others look down on because of their carnal life style. "How can light have fellowship with darkeness."

1Corinthians 5:11
But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolater, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat.

I don't associate with most Christians, I live in the Bible belt, 18 out of 20 kids are Christians, these are the people at all the college parties destroying their bodies and acting like mindless zombies. Are these the light or the darkness?

Jesus associated with sinners all the time
we can keep their company and hopefully show Christ to them but we are not to participate in anything they might do that would be sinful
