2 Chronicles 15:2
And he went out to meet Asa, and said unto him, Hear ye me, Asa, and all Judah and Benjamin;
"THE LORD IS WITH YOU, WHILE YE BE WITH HIM; AND IF YOU SEEK HIM, HE WILL BE FOUND OF YOU; BUT IF YE FORSAKE HIM, HE WILL FORSAKE YOU."

Sure. If you turn your back on God...He will let you. God won't exactly turn your back on you but He will let you go your own way. If you choose the wrong path in life...God will let you travel down it alone.

God said to me audibly I will never forsake u, There have been times I've been in such a evil spirit, and I could never tell if he was there or not. But this keeps me in my faith. Is the Lord faith full, I believe he is, even when I have been so scared by the evil one. I believe he can fix me, with out a wound.

Yes, It's still a promise.
Jeremiah 29:11-14 is similar, and goes hand-in-hand with Isaiah 55:6
"Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near:"

This verse is under the law of sin & death. And Jesus also said that if we deny Him, he will deny us to His Father & before the Angels.

But when one actually gets born of God, then adopted into the family of God and God promises to never leave or forsake us. God never aborts His children whose sins are paid for by Jesus.

Jesus said that He would never leave or forsake us. However the verse you are quoting is in a different context.

No, this Scripture is not for this time.
It is in the context for that scripture only.

The Lord will never leave us nor forsake us.
No one can pluck us out of His hand.
