Im doing a project on solar panels...?

ok look im doing a project and i need questions os can u plz give me liek 2 questions and there answers.

If I have a roof that has its ridge line running North-South so one side of pitched roof faces east (and gets morning sun) and the other west (and gets afternoon sun), is there a practical way to setup solar panels so that they can work in morning and afternoon?
