my parents both left and my sister invited her bf over. i had to stay home too so she said not to tell and she'll pay me back but my parents r getting suspicious and keep asking me. i don't want to tell on her but i don't want to lie to my parents what should i do?

Your parents are wrong for asking you. They should confront your sister. If she lies it's on her,they shouldn't put you in the middle. When they ask, say why are you asking me, did you ask her?
I would have my sisters back, and I say this having three children of my own too....lol

thats a tough one,the right thing to do would be tell your parents the truth. Your sister will get mad at you,but I'm sure she'll get over it. Depends on what kind of person you are really. If your all about honesty then tell your parents,but if it's not really a big deal and they werent really doing anything wrong then you could lie for her. It's all up to you really.

First off, your sister should never ask you to lie for her or anyone else. Secondly, don't break your parent's trust with you for your sister who did something she is not supposed to do. She may get angry with you, but eventually will probably realize just how wrong she was in the entire situation.

Tell your parents that if they want your sister supervised, they should pay for a sitter when they are gone. It is unfair of both your parents and your sister to put you in this position.

Use the phrase i don't know you don't want to break ur sisters trust b/c u might need her some where down the road. Lying to your parents is difficult but think about it they lye to u too like the fairy tales about santa clause and the tooth fairy
