If your butt itches and you feel like you have diaper rash then yes I would say you are unclean. Have you have a shower or been washing up and brushing your teeth and putting on fresh clothes daily? If the answer to both is no then yes you are unclean.

It depends on what you DID for those three days. Assuming that you havent been rolling around in the mud, it's no big deal to go two or three days without a shower. You are probably due about now though....
Showering every single day can dry out your skin and hair. It varies from person to person, place to place, and of course how dirty you actually GET in the course of a day.
