How can christians... (using the term as a loosely and generic one... please dont' crucify me) Use ONE book, the bible to base their entire life and persons upon?... How can the bible be the end all be all of what's out there... Thoes who don't believe in the bible (God, Devil, Heaven or Hell) Why do you think they use the bible this way? Use ONE book to run their entire lives?

Obviously you have not read it, or you wouldn't be making a fool of yourself speaking as such.
However, try the book of John, in the N.T. for yourself. If you read it with an open mind you might be surprised to find someone speaking to you, and it just might be helpful to hear what you're missing.
God loves you just the same.

It is alive with the life of God the Father and Jesus his Son
And the Holy Ghost is a person on the inside of you that is why he is called ghost, he is a ghost of the spirit of Jesus
it's not a dead book it is full of life, living water and fire of the spirit
