You mean a blank page? Up at the top somewhere is what looks like a backwards P, like a paragraph mark. If you click that, it will show the "invisibles," like where you hit enter, etc. To get rid of the blank page, go that page and delete the P symbol. There may be a few of them, and also take out the last one on the last page of text you want to keep.

Open the document and Control+PgDn to the top of the page you want to delete.

Press and hold the Shift key while you press the down arrow to select all you want to delete - then release the keys and press Delete.

Remember Control+Z to undo if you mess up.
