If i cant wait a minute let alone 20 minutes, and she wont get out, what do i do

Go to your sister's room while she is not around and find something that you can bribe her with such as a diary or something that you know could get her in some trouble and hide it somewhere real good where you know she won't be able to find it. Then the next time she starts taking her sweet precious time, let her know the info that you have on her and I guarantee that she will be out of the bathroom ASAP. You might just have to run from her for a little bit but you can bring yourself inside the bathroom and lock yourself in and use the toilet.

if she happens to leave the door unlocked then just go in the bathroom and do what you have to do. If she tells you to get out tell her that you have to use the bathroom badly and that she is going to have to deal with it.
or
Take a LONG bath so that if she has to go to the bathroom when you are in there she will have to wait till you are finished

Go to the Neighbors house n ask them politely if you can use there bathroom bec your sister is taking to long n the bathroon that should work! but if you do bring some air fresh stuff so the bathroom dont stink!
