Mine is a 8 point to. 2 years old, 17 in. spread 181 pounds 10 in tines ,youve got me beat by one inch and 36 pounds, where did you get it? i got mine in jackson county mich

My widest rack and most points was this 10 point with a 20 inch spread http://i14.tinypic.com/4p9x4e9.jpg

The biggest by weight was this 9 point with an 18 inch spread and he field dressed 198 pounds it has an 11 inch tine on its right side http://tinypic.com/4or4znp.jpg

Both deer were killed in the mountains of NC on public hunting land

In Minnesota (whitetails) a big deer is 185 lbs. 90 percent of the deer shot are under 160 lbs. My biggest was 208 and the biggest i've seen is 225 although each season we hear of 300 pounders.

Last October was the first time I got a deer and it was a good one. 8 point rack and it weighed in at 187 pounds.

what most folks call a 8 point we call a 3 point, eye gaurds dont count. so my 5 point would be a 12 point in arkansas or somwhere east i think. biggest buck 5 point , feild dressed 237 pounds. mule deer in eastern oregon. and real hunters dont shoot does there is no sport in killing a doe there to easy to shoot and your killing off the breading stock.
